At Spalding, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We want to ensure every athlete is satisfied with their gear, whether it is for the court or the driveway.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the unused gear in its original box, ensuring all components are included, and affix the return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
